LEA aims to be a non-traditional mainstream institution with a purpose to foster a love for learning through a child-centered approach to education and inquiry-based learning. Our values are to develop strong working relationships between learners and teachers, and have teachers that are approachable and know each learner personally.
We see learning as a collaboration among the school, the learner, and the family, and recognise that emotional wellbeing and academic success go hand-in-hand.
In addition, we seek to develop 21st-century skills which include, but are not limited to: collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, communication, technological, digital and information literacy.
